Biljana Velevska has been managing IMPULSI since 2000. The company deals with consulting in the areas of management, organizational development, management and development of human resources.

She has over 25 years of experience with projects in companies, especially in the field of development and implementation of performance management systems, reward systems, job analysis, training needs assessment, curriculum development, training delivery and career development.

Velevska has developed over 2,500 leaders in over 150 companies from Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Switzerland and Poland.

Biljana Velevska has a master's degree in European management from the Europa Institute in Germany. She holds international Master Facilitator certifications for GENOS Emotional Intelligence, DISC Flow and SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory). Certified international facilitator for career development and trainer of career counselors (Global Career Development Facilitator), certified KPI Professional - a system for setting performance indicators and their measurement, NLP Practitioner, and she has a business coaching certificate from Noble Manhattan Coaching from England. Velevska is Business Development and HR advisor of EBRD. She has an international trainer certificate and a state trainer certificate for adults.

In 2011, she founded INSIGHT Group, a personal and organizational development company.

Formal education at the Faculty of Technology in Skopje (basic - organic and polymer engineering) and postgraduate studies at Sheffield University - City College of Thessaloniki - Department of Communications. Working visits to Arizona State University (ASU) in Phoenix, USA and working visits to communications companies in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Since 2012, Ivanovska has a prestigious specialization in coaching at the "Art and Science of Coaching" (TASC) program at the Ericsson Coaching College from Toronto, Canada, which holds the "Gold Standard" of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
