Program Info
Important information you should
Number of participants per group:
Up to 18 persons.
Duration:
6 months transformation process.
Training:
Three months - once a month, two-day format:
Friday from 10:00AM to 18:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM to 17:00PM.
Six days of training total
Coaching:
One session per month, related to the topics covered that month.
Participants work on a personal action plan.
A total of 4 sessions per participant.
Encouraged application:
Each participant sets personal goals at the beginning of the program and moves towards the realization of the goals through the coaching sessions. At the end of the program, they present to the mentor how they applied the acquired knowledge and skills in their organization. The additional needs and steps for leading the team are determined. The goal of the program is for each participant to develop competencies for leading the people of their teams, through which the team members will also develop.
